One of my favorite restaurants in Helsinki is Coma on Museokatu. It's a small family run (two rooms, maybe 20 seats) Mediterranean restaurant. Good food and reasonable prices. Not many people know this place; many of my friends had never heard about it when we have discussed our favorite restaurants.
Last time I did eat clams & scampi in pernod butter and Quil with chestnut filling. Husband had grilled mozzarella & Parma ham rolls and veal alla parma & Marsala sauce. Everything was delicious. I love the corner bistro atmosphere and like to watch the chefs working in the open kitchen on front room. I wish we had more similar restaurants in Helsinki.
