We had several wonderful dinners in fantastic restaurants during our trip. The first special meal was a Bo Innovation in Hong Kong.
When I booked a table for us at Bo Innovation, previosly two Michelin star awarded restaurant, I expeced it to be a pleasant experience. And a beautiful luch it was indeed!
All molecular gastronomy dishes were carefully prepared and tasted wonderful. Service was impeccable, interior was pleasant and people watching good. We were pleased that the owner, chef Alvin Leung was working in the kitchen during lunch and thanked him for a great meal when leaving.

Set luch was also well priced; HK$ 228.00 (plus 10% service charge) = abt 26 EUR . Of course wine, water and cocktails raised the final check, but still it was very reasonable for the quality and experience.
Söimme useamman fantastisen aterian matkamme aikana. Ensimmäinen oli lounas Hong Kongissa Bo Innovation -ravintolassa. "Paholaisena" tunnetun keittiömestari Alvin Leungin ravintola oli saanut niin monessa paikassa ylistäviä arvioita, että halusimme kokeilla muutama vuosi sitten kaksi Michelin-tähteä saaneen ravintolan molekyylikeittiötä.
Annokset olivat kauniita, huolella valmistettuja ja herkullisia, tarjoilu moitteetonta, sisusus miellyttävä ja ihmisen katselu mielenkiintoista. Olimme mielissämme, etä omistaja Leung työskenteli itse keittiössä lounaan ajan ja kävimme kiitämässä häntä upeasta lounaasta lähtiessämme.
Bo Innovationin lounas oli kohtuullisesti hinnoiteltu HK$ 228 + 10% palvelumaksu eli noin 26 EUR. Tosin viinistä, cocktaileista ja kahvista tuli myös lisähintaa, muta silti loppusumma oli kohtuullinen ruoan tasoon ja elämykseen verrattuna.
